The Department of Health Services ("DHS" or "Department") of the County of Los Angeles ("County") is releasing this Request for Services ("RFS") to solicit Responses from interested qualified entities ("Vendor(s)") for award of Work Orders for provision of Laundry Services (also "Services") for the Service Site(s) within each interested Region (as defined below) identified in Schedule 1 (Service Sites) under Attachment A (Statement of Work) ("Statement of Work" or "SOW") to this RFS pursuant to a Healthcare Ancillary Services Master Agreement ("HASMA" or "Master Agreement"). Vendors will be required to provide Services for all Service Site(s) within the applicable Region covered by the awarded Work Order for that Region.
Vendors will be required to provide laundry services for all service sites within the applicable region covered by the awarded Work Order. The specific scope of services is detailed in Attachment A (Statement of Work) and includes providing services at the service sites identified in Schedule 1.
