The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking qualified and experienced Vendors to enter into Master Agreements with Los Angeles County to provide, on an as-needed basis, commercial real estate property appraisal services required in the Department’s management of the County’s Marina del Rey leaseholds. The successful Vendors must have a minimum of five years of substantial experience in valuing ground leases, square foot (minimum) rents, and percentage rents.
The successful vendors will provide commercial real property appraisal services on an as-needed basis for the County's Marina del Rey leaseholds, including valuing ground leases, square foot (minimum) rents, and percentage rents. Vendors must also be able to provide expert witness testimony in legal proceedings regarding the valuation of real property.
