The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS) is releasing the Request for Applications (RFA) for Reference Medical Laboratory Services under Healthcare Ancillary Services Master Agreement (HASMA). DHS is seeking a pool of qualified vendors to enter into a Work Order under the HASMA for the provision of as needed Reference Medical Laboratory Services. The initial due date is December 7, 2023; however, the solicitation will remain open until the needs of DHS have been met.
The selected vendor will provide Reference Medical Laboratory Services as specified in the Statement of Work (Attachment A) for the Service Sites listed in Schedule 1. The services are to be provided on an as-needed basis under a Work Order under the HASMA.
