The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking qualified and experienced Vendors to enter into Master Agreements to provide, on an as-needed basis, commercial real estate property appraisal services required in the Department’s management of the County’s Marina del Rey leaseholds. The successful Vendors must have a minimum of five years of substantial experience in valuing ground leases, square foot (minimum) rents, and percentage rents. Vendors submitting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) must also demonstrate five years of substantial experience in providing expert witness testimony in legal proceedings regarding the valuation of real property and have a California certified General Real Estate Appraiser’s License in good standing.
