The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking qualified and experienced Vendors to enter into Master Agreements to provide, on an as-needed basis, architecture urban planning and design consulting services. The successful Vendors shall demonstrate their experience in marine development and be able to provide consulting services to the County related to improvement efforts in Marina del Rey. Vendors submitting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) must have a minimum of ten years of relevant experience performing urban planning and design consulting services for governmental agencies or private organizations.
Also, Vendor and/or a member of Vendor’s staff shall possess a California certificate to practice architecture and/or a valid license in good standing with the California Architects Board. The County may require additional minimum qualifications. The initial deadline for submitting SOQs will be 2:00 p.m., February 14, 2013, however, County will continuously accept SOQ’s throughout the duration of the Master Agreement.
