The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) is issuing a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) to secure a pool of qualified vendors to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide as needed Project Management services. The initial Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is due at or before 12:00 noon, (P.S.T) on Monday, January 7, 2019. SOQs received by the initial submission deadline indicated above shall be reviewed upon receipt.
SOQs received after the initial submission deadline shall be reviewed on a regular basis, at the discretion of DMH, for subsequent inclusion on the Master Agreement List. Vendors qualified in one or more Project Management service categories will enter into a Master Agreement with the County and may be solicited under competitive solicitations for specific project management services. The scope includes preparing a Statement of Qualifications in accordance with Section 2.0 of the RFSQ and meeting the minimum qualifications in Section 1.5.
