UPDATE: The County of Los Angeles (County) Chief Executive Office (CEO) released Addendum Six to the Strategic Planning and Related Consulting Services RFSQ. Addendum Five was released to inform interested vendors regarding a presentation of a virtual Information Session to further assist vendors regarding the new updates as outlined in Addendum Four. Addendum Four was issued to;1) add a new service category, Emergency Management Services; 2) provide revisions to clarify requirements and instructions for vendors; and 3) add and update standard County provisions in the RFSQ and the Master Agreement as required by the County Board of Supervisors.
Vendors interested in becoming a qualified contractor in one or more of the service categories, including the new Emergency Management Services, are encouraged to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). It is strongly recommended that vendors review the service category description and minimum requirements, including the new category information, within Addendum Four for which the vendor is applying and the RFSQ, including any addenda issued by the CEO and the Sample Master Agreement. The Los Angeles County (County) Chief Executive Office is seeking qualified vendors to provide Strategic Planning and Related Consulting Services, as detailed in the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ).
The purpose of this RFSQ is to identify qualified vendors capable of providing services in one or more of the following service categories: 1. Strategic Planning; 2. Performance Measurement; 3.
Process Improvement; and/or Emergency Management Services. Vendors must meet the Minimum Qualifications as indicated in Section 1.5 of the RFSQ and follow the instructions provided in Section 2.7, Preparation and Format of the SOQ.
