The Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) 21-004 is issued by the Los Angeles County Department of Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk to vendors or consulting companies for critical election-related VSAP Enhancements and Support Services on an as-needed basis. Vendors interested in becoming a qualified Contractor in one or more of the eleven (11) Service Categories are encouraged to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to this RFSQ. This solicitation is open and continuous.
Companies may still submit SOQs after the initial close date for the County's review at a later date. Vendor must review all addendums to the RFSQ for all updates made to the solicitation. As of January 2026, there are 15 addendums to be reviewed.
The County seeks qualified vendors or consulting companies to provide critical election-related VSAP Enhancements and Support Services.
