Effective September 24, 2025, the Work Order Solicitation (WOS) for Capacity building - In-Services In-Home Caregiving is suspended and will be re-opened if the County needs additional contractors. This WOS is for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services to select and enter into a Work Order with one or more qualified Respondent(s) who can provide Capacity Building Services for In-Home Caregiving in Los Angeles County. Please refer to the Work Order Solicitation (Attachments) for Details.
The selected Respondent(s) shall provide Services to assist Participants with achieving and maintaining health, mental health, and housing stability. The selected Respondent will monitor the intensity of services required and recommend adjustments to Housing for Health (HFH) based on each Participant's level of functioning and the acuity of their needs. Services are provided in accordance with Exhibit 1, Statement of Work.
