The County of Los Angeles (County), Chief Executive Office, is seeking qualified vendors to enter into the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Support Services Master Agreement with the County. The purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualification (RFSQ) is to establish a continuous pool of qualified contractors to assist the County in its efforts to provide support services to the communities most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This solicitation will remain open continuously at the discretion of the County.
The County seeks qualified contractors to provide support services under the American Rescue Plan, including economic recovery and resilience efforts. Services may be funded by ARP funds or other sources. The RFSQ establishes a continuous pool of qualified contractors; execution of an agreement does not guarantee any minimum amount of work.
