The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is releasing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain responses from qualified companies to establish a Master Agreement for the provision of temporary hemapheresis and dialysis services at various DHS facilities.
Qualified firms will provide temporary therapeutic hemapheresis and dialysis services at County-operated hospitals, ambulatory care outpatient centers, and comprehensive health centers. Service locations include Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, LAC+USC Medical Center, Olive View-UCLA Medical Center, Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, and numerous comprehensive health centers such as Edward R. Roybal Comprehensive Health Center, El Monte Comprehensive Health Center, and others. Firms must have a local office in Southern California and employ a Medical Director with appropriate board certifications.
