The selected respondent(s) shall provide in-home caregiving capacity building services for all age groups from pediatric to geriatric populations, assisting participants with achieving and maintaining health, mental health, and housing stability, monitoring the intensity of services required, and recommending adjustments to Housing for Health based on each participant's level of functioning and acuity of needs.
