Effective September 24, 2025, the Work Order Solicitation (WOS) for Capacity building - In-Services In-Home Caregiving is suspended and will be re-opened if the County needs additional contractors. This WOS is for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services to select and enter into a Work Order with one or more qualified Respondent(s) who can provide Capacity Building Services for In-Home Caregiving in Los Angeles County. The selected respondent(s) shall provide in-home caregiving capacity building services for all age groups from pediatric to geriatric populations, assisting participants with achieving and maintaining health, mental health, and housing stability, monitoring the intensity of services required, and recommending adjustments to Housing for Health based on each participant's level of functioning and acuity of needs.
