The selected vendors will assist the Department of Regional Planning in responding to ongoing and fluctuating workload demands related to disaster recovery, such as expedited development project application processing, by supplementing current staffing levels with contract personnel providing planning services. The aggregate sum of all executed Master Agreements shall not exceed $4,000,000 annually.
