The contractor shall provide all parts, equipment, materials, and labor to remove and replace approximately 8,500 sq ft of rock and hot mop asphalt on Building A and approximately 2,400 sq ft of asphalt shingles on Building B. Work includes new underlayment, installation of 4 new solar attic vent fans per building, all penetration flashings/roof jacks, hip & valley flashings, new wall flashings, all new edge/perimeter flashing, and facia board replacement as needed. The contractor must pull and pay for all applicable permits, provide daily updates to the LACoFD Project Manager, and ensure safety barricades are used. Daily clean-up is required, with all debris removed from the site and the facility left secured. The contractor must provide portable toilets for workers; station restrooms may not be used.
