The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is releasing this RFQ to obtain responses from qualified vendors to establish an Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services Master Agreement (EMARS) for various hospital and medical equipment categories.

The Services include testing, inspection, preventive maintenance and repair for any or all Equipment identified in Appendix D (Pricing Schedule) for the County hospitals and other facilities (Service Sites), as described in Appendix B (Statement of Work). The services are needed to maintain compliance with applicable local, State and Federal requirements, including The Joint Commission and California Code of Regulations Title 22.
