Selected contractors will provide as-needed laboratory equipment maintenance and repair services at County hospitals (Facilities) listed in Appendix A – Statement of Work, Attachment A.1 – County Facilities. Services include OEM recommended and County required equipment upgrades and improvements, and may include additional services upon authorization. The contractor must maintain required insurance and comply with the Master Agreement terms.
