The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is releasing this Request for Rate (RFR) to obtain responses from qualified firms and establish an Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services Master Agreement (EMARS) for cardiology equipment

Contractor shall provide cardiology equipment maintenance and repair services at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, LAC+USC Medical Center, and Olive View-UCLA Medical Center. Services include routine maintenance per manufacturer instructions (at least annually), as-needed repair services with a four-hour response time, replacement of worn or defective parts with OEM or equivalent parts, rework of improperly repaired equipment at no cost, written service reports, on-site educational training, and assistance with the Facilities' Equipment Risk Management Program. All services during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding County holidays) are inclusive of travel, labor, and parts at the rates in the Rate Schedule.
