The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking qualified and experienced Vendors to enter into Master Agreements with Los Angeles County to provide as-needed consultant services in the disciplines of Engineering (including Coastal and Harbor Engineering), Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning and Design for Department projects located in County-owned and unincorporated areas of Marina del Rey, Marina del Rey harbor and at County-owned and operated beaches.

Duties include preliminary, conceptual, schematic and construction documents; scheduling, cost estimates and project management; drafting services; land surveys; bathymetric surveys; geotechnical studies; groundwater surveys; construction management services; and presentations to the Beach Commission. Projects include marine facilities, coastal armoring and infrastructure, and coastal community planning.
