The vendor will provide a HIPAA-compliant cloud CCaaS platform including IVR, VoIP telephony, multi-channel automatic call distribution, contact management/CRM, call and screen recording, workforce management, reporting and analytics, migrate toll-free and direct numbers, IVRs, self-service integrations, voice-signature integration, campaigns and five years of historical data, complete nine implementation milestones from planning through go-live, then provide system maintenance, help desk, disaster recovery with 60-minute recovery time and 20-minute recovery point objectives, training and ongoing operation of Tier 1 and Tier 2 contact centers via managed services, managed staffing and augmented staffing.
