The successful bidder will have the non-exclusive right to operate a modern, mobile food truck providing shaved ice concessions at several locations within E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park. The operation shall be for the months of March through November of each year of the resulting agreement, with year-round service allowed in certain areas if coordinated with the Park Manager. The bidder must provide, at its sole expense, all inventory, staff, a vehicle, and a tablet-type payment system. The bidder must comply with ADA requirements, provide employee background screenings, and coordinate with the park manager for specific areas and events. The food truck must be self-contained (own power, water, waste management). The bidder is responsible for disposal of waste materials.
