Resurface Allensville Road (KY 102) from MP 1.827 at US 79 to MP 8.495 near Morningside Drive, including 1-inch CL2 asphalt surface, leveling and wedging, DGA shoulders, asphalt milling and texturing with paving to begin within 48 hours of milling, base failure excavation and backfill with Class 2 asphalt base, non-tracking tack coat, durable pavement edge, edgeline rumble strips, thermoplastic markings, and maintenance of alternating one-way traffic.
