Resurface 1.50 miles of KY 1389 from the Daviess/Hancock County line (MP 0.000) northerly toward Bridge 046B00025N (MP 1.494), including CL2 asphalt surface, leveling and wedging, DGA base and shoulders, asphalt milling and texturing with edge keys, traffic control with alternating one-way traffic, and temporary and permanent pavement striping, to be completed by June 30, 2027 with bids submitted electronically via Bid Express.
