Furnish all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals to install high friction surface treatment consisting of polymer resin binder and aggregate at six locations: I-64 westbound MP 0.20 to 0.70, KY 22 Brownsboro Road MP 3.039 to 3.5, KY 1065 Outer Loop MP 4.10 to 4.50, KY 1931 7th Street Road MP 9.4 to 9.7, US 31E Bardstown Road MP 6.00 to 6.40, and KY 329 Covered Bridge Road MP 1.730 to 1.870, including cleaning and preparing existing asphalt and concrete surfaces, protecting utilities and markings, maintaining and controlling traffic, and installing temporary and durable striping with sweeping before opening to traffic and 48 hours after.
