Crack Seal Machine, Diesel Fired, Pull Type
The bidder must supply one (1) new, unused crack seal machine that is a current production model. The unit must be a pull-type trailer-mounted machine with a diesel-fired heating system, a minimum 125-gallon mixing/holding tank, a minimum 23 HP diesel engine, and a 5,000 lb. capacity jack. It must include a swing-type boom arm, a driver alert system, an electric overnight heater, and a heated applicator hose and wand of at least 20 feet. The unit must be delivered FOB Destination to District 4 - 411 W Fourteenth, Chanute, KS 66720. The bidder must provide a one-year warranty, complete specifications and literature, an operator's manual, a set of replacement filters, and a competent technician for at least one day of training at each delivery point. The bidder must also complete and submit various forms including a Signature Sheet, Immigration Reform and Control Certification, Sexual Harassment Form, Boycott of Israel Certification, Certification of Procurement, Tax Clearance Certificate, and a Cost Sheet.
