The contractor must supply Kansas State Flags in nylon (100% heavy-duty, 1x2 ply, outdoor type with grommets) in 3'x5' and 4'x6' sizes, and polyester (2-ply open weave outdoor type with grommets) in 3'x5' and 4'x6' sizes, all individually boxed. Flags must be made in the USA, match the color scheme and design per Kansas Statutes Annotated 73-702, and be FMAA certified preferred. The contract is open-end, with delivery F.O.B. destination within 10 working days of order.
