The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct a new garage building. Work includes concrete foundations and slab, pre-engineered wood roof trusses, metal wall and roof panels, overhead sectional doors, exhaust fan, louvers, interior and exterior lighting, receptacles, panelboard, grounding, and all associated mechanical and electrical systems. The contractor shall obtain all required permits, coordinate with the owner for overhead door concrete base GB.67, and provide temporary lockset during construction until owner provides final lockset.
