The bidder must supply 90 sheets of Alodized Aluminum, non-heat treated alloy 5052-H38, in two line items: .080 thickness, 24x120 size (line 1) and .080 thickness, 30x120 size (line 2). The material must meet detailed engineering specifications including thickness tolerances, flatness, tensile strength, elongation, alodine finish, chemical composition, dimensional tolerances, surface condition, and salt spray testing per MIL-C-5541. Packaging and shipping are per purchase order.
