The vendor must provide a book addressing adolescent (middle school age) grief/bereavement and a book addressing young children (elementary age) grief/bereavement. The vendor will verify receipt of order within 48 hours, provide books as specified, ship products to delivery addresses, store products on site until time of delivery for scheduled deliveries, and provide tracking information to Pam Ashby at pashby@health.in.gov for all shipments.
