Reconstruct the roadway with earth excavation, granular embankment and subbase, hot-mix asphalt base, binder and surface courses, shoulders, guardrail, rumble strips and fence. Perform tree removal, seeding, erosion and sediment controls, riprap, waste disposal and regulated-substances work, and provide mobilization, construction layout, engineer's field office, traffic control with temporary barrier, signals, markings and attenuators.
