Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) is requesting information from interested service providers to provide an Inclusive Education Model Pilot. In alignment with GCPS Strategic Priorities, Our Blueprint for the Future reflects the district's commitment to fostering learning environments where every student thrives. The Inclusive Education Model Pilot aligns with Goal 2.A: Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports (MTSS), which focuses on improving coordination and outcomes across multilingual, gifted, and special education services.
As part of this strategic initiative, GCPS seeks information from qualified organizations with expertise in inclusive education, systems change, special education, organizational development, and school transformation. Prior to implementing an Inclusive Education Model Pilot, GCPS intends to engage an independent third-party consultant to conduct a comprehensive review of current inclusive practices, systems, structures, and student outcomes. Findings from this review will inform the design and implementation of an Inclusive Education Model Pilot in selected schools.

Most Georgia work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
