Hall County, Georgia (herein “County”), a municipal entity of the State of
Georgia, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, is
seeking qualified Contractors to furnish and install new water supply lines
at River Forks Park (herein “Services”).

Bid Post Date: Wednesday, July 29, 2026
Mandatory On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting: Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at
9:00am Eastern Time located at The Retreat at River Forks Park, 3500 Keith
Bridge Rd, Gainesville, GA 30504. Attendees will check in at the gatehouse
for admittance before proceeding to The Retreat.

Bidding Process: Hall County is now accepting sealed bids from
qualified Contractors (herein “Bidder” or “Contractor”) for the Services in
the County’s Purchasing Division on the fourth (4th) floor of the Hall County
Government Center, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville,
GA 30504 until 2:00pm EST on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at which
time all bids will be opened and read. All bid packets must be sealed and
be time and date stamped by the Hall County receptionist located on the
4th floor to be considered.
General Qualifications: Bidders must be in the regular business of
providing similar Services.
The awarded contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision for installation of new water lines at River Forks Park. The work includes furnishing and installing approximately 9,476 LF of 4-inch PVC water main, 1,952 LF of 1-1/2-inch PVC water service line, 2,394 LF of 3/4-inch PVC water service line, 13,822 LF of tracer tape and wire, one RPZ backflow preventer assembly, tying into existing water vault services, removing and disposing of existing mains and lines where they cross new ones, open cut trenching and repairing pavement, capping and abandoning existing water lines, and providing as-built drawings. The contractor must also implement and maintain erosion control measures, locate and document existing underground utilities, and perform all grading and excavation as 'unclassified soil conditions'. All construction shall conform to the City of Gainesville Water Resources Department Standards and Specifications dated June 2025.
