The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified service providers
for the Provision of Pressure Washing Services on an Annual Contract for various Gwinnett County Departments.
Bids should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with the BL# and
Company Name. Bids will be received until 2:50 P.M. local time on August 20, 2026 at the Gwinnett County
Financial Services - Purchasing Division – 2nd Floor, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. Any bid

A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026, inside Conference Room 105 located
at the Innovation Square, 446 West Crogan Street, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. All bidders are strongly urged to attend.

are legal and binding upon the vendor when submitted. All bids should be submitted in duplicate.
Successful suppliers will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company should be authorized
to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-7 or higher.
The scope includes three sections: Section A – Pressure Washing (cold water, hot water, soft washing, abrasive cleaning, and chemical cleaning of flat surfaces, vertical surfaces, and buildings/structures); Section B – Clean and Seal (caulking, joint sealant with backer rod, masonry sealer, painting in support of clean and seal, and rental of access equipment); Section C – Sculpture Maintenance (semi-annual cleaning and annual sealing of two sculptures). The service provider must furnish all insurance, transportation, materials, equipment, supplies, pumps, piping, hoses, parts, services, tools, supervision, labor, and all things necessary to perform the work on an on-call basis. Work may be required at any County location, and the provider must coordinate with County personnel, provide a detailed Work Order prior to start, and comply with minimum specifications including pressure requirements (2,000–4,500 psi), hot or cold water capability, chemical and abrasive feeding equipment, and access equipment for structures up to 40 feet tall.
