The City of Covington is accepting bids for two (2) 2000 KVA Pad-Mount Transformers, two (2)
1500 KVA Pad-Mount Transformers, and one (1) 750 KVA Pad-Mount Transformer. Sealed bids
must be received by the Purchasing Department, Attn: Scott Cromer by Wednesday, October 14th,
2026, at 10:00AM.
The City of Covington will consider the competency and responsibility of bidders in making the
award. City of Covington reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and
technicalities, to reject portions of the bids and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the
City and laws governing the State of Georgia.
SCOPE
Vendors are invited to submit a bid for the Purchase of two (2) 2000 KVA Pad Mount Transformers,
