(Owner) is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (Bids) for the construction of the following Project:

Bids for the Project will be received by the receptionist at City of Cumming, Utilities Department at City
Hall, Suite 401, 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040, until September 17, 2026 at 10:00 am local time.
At 10:05 am, all Bids received will be announced in the 4th Floor Conference Room. Any bid received after
10:00 am will be returned unopened.

The Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of
the Western Corridor Sewer Improvements for the City of Cumming, Georgia. The Owner will pre-
purchase the pumping package and assign the associated sales contract to the selected Contractor. A
Firm quotation for the pumping package is included in the Appendix. The Work generally includes
construction of a new duplex submersible wastewater pumping station equipped with Xylem/Flygt pumps,
a Xylem MultiSmart powered by Nexicon control system, and all associated structures, appurtenances,
and supporting infrastructure.
