PART 1. GENERAL
1.1 SEALED PROPOSALS
Sealed Proposals for construction of South Main Street Lift Station will be received until
Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Proposals must be submitted electronically at
QuestCDN.com. No paper submissions will be allowed. Any proposal received after said
time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No Proposal may be withdrawn after the
closing time for the receipt of Proposals for a period of sixty (60) days.
1.2 SCOPE OF WORK
Under this project, the Contractor must furnish the labor and materials necessary to install
approximately ±271 LF of 8" SDR 26 PVC gravity sewer, ±55 LF of 2" SCH 80 PVC force
main, ±60 LF of 2" PE Force Main, and a packaged duplex lift station with 2 HP pumps.
Installation shall include all work shown in the construction plans, including valves,
manholes, and other appurtenances.
Time allotted for completion of work is 120 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one
(1) Contract.
