The project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety, and exterior improvements necessary to support temporary fire station operations, including modifications to the existing apparatus bay and overhead doors to accommodate fire apparatus access. The work includes demolition, metal-stud framing, gypsum board, ceilings, flooring, painting, doors, overhead doors, restroom and shower finishes, casework, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, fire protection and life safety systems, and site/exterior improvements. The Contractor shall coordinate all trades and provide a complete, fully functional, and code-compliant installation.
