The City of Roswell, is inviting bids from qualified contractors for the design & construction administration services for historic Doc's Café"s reinterpretation as an accessible community space. The project involves a single location and encompasses design and construction administration services for the site specified. The project incorporates historical material, and all bidders are required to have experience in public and historical preservation.

The scope includes community engagement, site analysis, geotechnical investigation, civil engineering, landscape architecture, structural engineering, ADA compliance, lighting and electrical engineering, permitting, cost estimating, a preliminary interpretation/signage plan, and full construction administration services. The selected consultant will engage in a minimum of two public outreach events, develop a minimum of three conceptual design plans, and produce design drawings at 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% milestones with budget estimates.
