Gentlemen/Ladies:
Fayette County, Georgia invites you to submit a proposal for furniture and consoles for
staff who work in the 911 Communications Center. You are invited to submit a proposal
in accordance with the information contained herein.

be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

Request for Proposals Name: 911 Communications Furniture & Consoles
Your envelope must be sealed, and should show your company's name and address.
Proposals will be received at the above address until 3:00 p.m., Wednesday,
September 9, 2026 in the Purchasing Department, Suite 204. Proposals will be
opened at that time, and the names of the responding companies will be read.
Proposals must be signed to be considered. Proposals may be submitted via the U.S.
Postal Service, courier, delivery service, or in person. Late proposals, faxed proposals,
or emailed proposals, cannot be considered.
The project includes twelve dispatch console positions (eleven in the primary 911 Communications Room and one in the Supervisor's Office), complete removal and disposal of existing furniture, full installation, equipment relocation, technology integration, coordination with a concurrent flooring replacement project, and project management from design through final acceptance. The console system must be self-supporting, structurally independent, and include electric sit/stand adjustable work surfaces, monitor arrays, integrated cable management, ventilated technical cabinets, power distribution, environmental controls, and indicator lighting. The vendor must provide a ten-year comprehensive warranty and a fifteen-year engineering continuity guarantee.
