The selected firm(s) will provide specialized professional lobbying services to the District on an as-needed basis, including developing a legislative agenda, building coalitions, coordinating meetings with DeKalb House and Senate Delegations and the General Assembly, monitoring and reporting on legislative items, opposing negative legislation, providing testimony at committee meetings, and delivering weekly legislative updates to the Board and Superintendent.
