The Contractor shall perform underground fiber optic drop installations including burying drop fiber (plowing, trenching, or boring), installing riser guards, valve boxes for slack storage, and Fiber Optic Termination Boxes on the exterior of premises. The Contractor must integrate with the ISP's work order management system, coordinate with Georgia 811 for utility locates, and provide photographic and GPS documentation. Work includes residential and commercial connections, with the County providing all materials and the Contractor providing labor and site restoration.
