The CMAR will provide Phase I preconstruction services including design review, constructability analysis, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement planning, and guaranteed maximum price development. If authorized, Phase II construction services will include managing subcontractors and suppliers, project controls, safety, quality control, and coordination of construction while maintaining plant operations.
