Project Overview
Cirrus Academy Charter School is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor,
materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidentals necessary to construct a
reinforced concrete basketball court pad measuring 84 feet by 50 feet (4,200 square feet)

The selected contractor shall mobilize personnel and equipment, verify site dimensions, perform excavation and grading, establish positive drainage, fine grade and compact subgrade to minimum 95% Standard Proctor Density, furnish and install a compacted crushed stone base, install a reinforced concrete slab measuring 84' x 50' with minimum 5-inch thickness, reinforcing mesh and/or rebar, proper control joints and expansion joints, and a smooth athletic-grade finish, restore disturbed areas, and remove all construction debris upon completion.
