Furniture Procurement Services:
Hayes Farm Elementary School, Sells Mill Middle School, & Hoschton High School
The Jackson County School System (JCSS) seeks qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Furniture
Procurement Services for Hayes Farm Elementary School, Sells Mill Middle School, and Hoschton High School.
A mandatory in-person pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 AM EST on August 13, 2026 at JCSS’s
Empower College and Career Center in the Auditorium; 1952 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549.
Proposals will be received no later than Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM prevailing Eastern time.
Proposals may be hand delivered to JCSS during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through
Friday, excluding school system holidays or any unscheduled closing) at any time prior to the required
deadline or may be sent via the United States Postal Service or other carrier. JCSS is not responsible for
proposals not delivered or received for any reason and it shall be the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure
delivery and receipt prior to the required deadline. JCSS will not accept faxed or email proposals.
Inquiries, questions, and/or documents pertaining to the Request for Proposals may be obtained by
contacting John Robinson at jdrobinson@jcss.us. The written requirements that will be provided shall not be
changed or superseded except by written addendum from JCSS. Failure to comply with the written
requirements of the RFP may result in rejection of the proposal by JCSS.
