The scope includes site work (demolition, grading, storm drainage, pavement), classroom additions and modifications, auxiliary gymnasium modifications, HVAC system modifications, athletic lighting for baseball, softball, football and soccer fields, roof modifications, and modernization of Eastside Elementary School. The CM/GC will provide pre-construction services (cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering) and construction phase services, issue a Guaranteed Maximum Price, and competitively select subcontractors.
