Public Notice of Advertisement (PNA) to Issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
The purpose of the PNA is to inform the Consultant community of the upcoming RFQ opportunity. Full
scope of work, instructions and requirements for the upcoming RFQ are to be posted as indicated
below in the anticipated schedule*. No questions or submittals are due during the PNA.

Project Description:
On-Call Roadway Design Services, Statewide
Summary of Scope of Work:
The Consultant shall provide On-Call Roadway Design Services, Statewide on a variety of different projects. These projects
will vary in scale, scope, and complexity. All work will be done in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation
(GDOT) design policies and standards, with relevant project-specific requirements and restraints for conformity to all
applicable design standards and guidelines such as GDOT’s Design Policy Manual and the American Association of State
Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets.
NOTE: Due to the usage of State funds for this contract, the prime and subconsultants indirect cost rates
established in accordance with the FAR cost principles (as specified in 48 CFR 31) will be used up to the maximum
indirect cost rates of 150% for the purposes of contract estimation, negotiation, administration, reporting, and
contract payment.
