Public Notice of Advertisement (PNA) to Issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
The purpose of the PNA is to inform the Consultant community of the upcoming RFQ opportunity. Full
scope of work, instructions and requirements for the upcoming RFQ are to be posted as indicated
below in the anticipated schedule*. No questions or submittals are due during the PNA.

Project Description:
Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
Summary of Scope of Work:
The selected consultant shall provide comprehensive general and frontline Construction Engineering and
Inspection (CEI) services for Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT or Department) projects. Services
shall include project management, construction inspection, maintenance inspection, technology-related
materials sampling and testing, documentation and reporting, systems and network integration verification, and
overall contract compliance. In performing these services, the Consultant may be required to conduct nighttime
and weekend inspections, provide on-call response, and travel statewide.
