The following Schedule of Events represents the Owner’s best estimate of the schedule that will be followed.
All times indicated are prevailing times in Atlanta. The Owner reserves the right to adjust the schedule as
the Owner deems necessary.
The project is a comprehensive renovation of a 14,850 GSF historic building built in 1960 as a library, vacant since 2020. The renovation includes adaptive reuse for the ABAC Student Success and Career Services center and flexible meeting/event space. Scope includes comprehensive renewal of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (conversion from two to four pipe chilled and hot water distribution), building envelope renewal (new roof, replacement of single pane windows), upgrades for building and accessibility code compliance (including an elevator), and interior renovation with targeted reconfiguration and renewal of finishes and fixtures.
