Construction Management at Risk Services RFQ/RFP No. J-467-CM
The following Schedule of Events represents the Owner’s best estimate of the schedule that will be followed.
All times indicated are prevailing times in Atlanta. The Owner reserves the right to adjust the schedule as
the Owner deems necessary.
The project encompasses the renovations of the Administration Building (approx. 16,600 sqft) and Clair Harris Building (approx. 23,000 sqft) located on the Marietta Campus. The Administration Building renovation will transform the facility into a centralized Student Success Hub serving student-facing departments and programs. The Clair Harris Building renovation will support Construction Management Programs. The two buildings will be designed concurrently; construction documents for Clair Harris are anticipated by late Spring/Early Summer 2027, and for the Administration Building by October 30, 2027.
