Construction Management at Risk Services RFQ/RFP No. J-466-CM
The following Schedule of Events represents the Owner’s best estimate of the schedule that will be
followed. All times indicated are prevailing times in Atlanta. The Owner reserves the right to adjust
the schedule as the Owner deems necessary.
The renovation will reconfigure the existing floor plan, introduce new interior lighting, improve the exterior with enhanced daylighting and improvement to the building facade, and evaluate the building's infrastructure and systems to accommodate present needs and ensure code compliance. The project includes consolidation of the College of Education faculty into the Strickland Building and provision of a state-of-the-art Psychology Lab. The building will be completely unoccupied during the renovation.
