Notice is hereby given that the Macon Water Authority will receive sealed bids until 12:00 Noon. at the time legally prevailing in Macon, Georgia on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, for GORILLA HYDRAULIC BREAKERS. Bids will be publicly opened starting at 2:00 PM.

The Macon Water Authority reserves full freedom (in addition to the right to reject any and all bids) in awarding bids to consider all available factors including, but not limited to, price, reputation, financial responsibility, and experience. In addition, the bidder recognizes the right of the Authority to reject a bid if the bidder fails to furnish any required submittals on the date required by the bidding documents, or if the bid is in any way incomplete or irregular. Hence, the Authority may award bids to other than the lowest bidder if in the judgment of the Board the interest of the Authority will be best served by award to another.

The bidder must supply one new Gorilla GSX70 750 Ft. LB. Hammer, including a 2 Pin Mounting Bracket with related hardware, Tool Bit, Hydraulic Hoses, Tool Kit, 1 Year Warranty, and a standard sandwich style coupler that fits a Case CX57C. Delivery is to Macon Water Authority at 1090 MLK Jr. Blvd Macon, 31201, with pre-authorization with Dept. 500 mandatory. The equipment must be ready to use upon delivery, and a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) free and clear of all liens and encumbrances must be provided at time of delivery.
